Shipping Options: Please note that we DO NOT recommend the International Registered Post option for shipping as there is limited tracking and can take a long time to clear customs, depending on country. This method is usually ok for UK, USA, Canada and NZ but can experience long delays in other countries. You can check with your local post office as to the status and whereabouts of the parcel using the IRP tracking number as this is a postal service.
We recommend using the Express Courier International method which is fully trackable and much faster.
Note for Italian customers: When we ship, it will arrive in your country in about 3 working days but customs clearances vary from country to country, and Italy in particular can take up to 3 weeks to clear customs.
